RosSpetzSplav denies claims of baiting rival

LONDON (Metal-Pages) 08-Feb-12. Russian chromium and ferro-alloys producer RosSpetzSplav has denied allegations by Novotroitsk Plant of Chromium Compounds that it is behind attempts to bankrupt the plant. In a response to Metal-Pages, RosSpetzSplav chairman Sergey Gilvarg said the Novotroitsk plant has only itself to blame for the almost RUB2bn fines it owes to its regional environmental ...
